Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-28.
POPCHAIN ("the game") is a DOPAPLAY game operated by Raymind.AI LLC ("we", "us"). DOPAPLAY is our games brand. By playing POPCHAIN you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The game
POPCHAIN is free to play. It shows ads to players who have not bought ad removal. Coins, boosters, skins and other items in the game are virtual items: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and we grant you a personal licence to use them in the game.
Your account
On popchain.io the game creates a DOPAPLAY guest account for you and saves your progress to it. You can link Google, Apple or an email address to keep your progress on another device. Keep your sign in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings. Progress on partner portals (such as Poki or CrazyGames) is stored by that portal, not in a DOPAPLAY account.
Purchases
Optional purchases are sold by Raymind.AI LLC through dopaplay.io and paid through Stripe. The price, currency and what you get are shown before you pay; taxes are included where the law requires. A purchase is tied to your DOPAPLAY account, so you need to sign in to buy, and your purchases come back when you sign in on another device.
Current items include the supporter pack (no ads between runs, a skin, a badge, and rewards without watching ads) and ad removal (no ads between runs, plus coins; you can still choose to watch ads for rewards). Items are delivered to your account right after payment.
Refunds
If an item did not arrive, you were charged twice, or you bought something by mistake, write to support@dopaplay.io within 14 days with the email on your receipt. We refund purchases that were not delivered, and unused purchases made by mistake. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. When a purchase is refunded, what it granted is removed from your account.
Minors
The game is made for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots, tamper with the game, its scores, its ads or its purchase flow, or pick player names that are offensive or impersonate others. We may remove scores or names and suspend accounts that break these rules.
The service
We work to keep the game available and your progress safe, but the game is provided as is and may change, pause or end. If we ever close the game, we will announce it in the game in advance.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
